Forschungsprogramm des DAAD/Erasmus+ Fashion DIET
Fashion DIET – Fashion Curriculum at Textile Universities in Europe - Development, Implementation and Evaluation of a Teaching Module for Educators
Die starke Nachfrage nach nachhaltigen Produkten und Prozessen in der Textil- und Modeindustrie und ihrem globalen Markt erfordert eine kontinuierliche Umsetzung des Leitprinzips Bildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung (BNE) in der Aus- und Weiterbildung und der Industrie. Das Projekt Fashion DIET sieht die Entwicklung neuer Instrumente zur Verbesserung der Schlüsselkompetenzen von Dozierenden, Lehrpersonen, Ausbilderinnen und Ausbildern, Studierenden und jungen Textilspezialisten mit den folgenden drei Maßnahmen vor:
1. Weiterbildungsmodul zu BNE in der textilen Kette
2. Informations- und E-Learning-Datenbank
3. Lehr- und Lernmaterialien
Projektziele:
Ziele sind umwelt- und sozialverträgliche Produktionsbedingungen in EU-Ländern wie Rumänien und Bulgarien sowie ein Wissensvorsprung durch den Transfer von BNE in allen drei Partnerländern, welcher sich auch auf den Verbrauchermarkt vor allem in Deutschland auswirken soll. Die didaktisch aufbereiteten Inhalte und die Methodik werden von vier Partnern in drei Ländern entwickelt: der Pädagogischen Hochschule Freiburg und der Hochschule Reutlingen in Deutschland, der Technischen Universität Gheorghe Asachi Iaşi in Rumänien und der Trakischen Universität Stara Sagora in Bulgarien.
Die Partneruniversitäten werden Lehr- und Lernmaterial entwickeln, testen und evaluieren, welches auf dem neuesten Stand der Forschung in den Bereichen Mode, Textil und Nachhaltigkeit sowie auf einer langjährigen Tradition und Erfahrung in der textilbezogenen Aus- und Weiterbildung basiert.

A strong demand for sustainability in the textile and fashion industry and its global market imposes a continuous implementation of the guiding principle Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in education and industry. The Fashion DIET project envisages the development of new tools for improving key competences of lecturers, teachers, trainers, students and young textile specialists with the following three Intellectual Outputs:
- Further Education Module about ESD in the textile chain
- Information & E-Learning Portal
- Teaching and Learning Material
Project objectives:
The objectives are environmentally and socially compatible production conditions in EU countries such as Romania and Bulgaria as well as a knowledge advantage through the transfer of ESD in all three partner countries, which should also have an impact on the consumer market, especially in Germany. The didactic contents and methodology are developed by four partners in three countries: University of Education Freiburg and Reutlingen University in Germany, Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iaşi in Romania, and Trakia University of Stara Zagora in Bulgaria.
The partner universities will develop, test and evaluate training material, based on state-of-the-art research knowledge in textiles, fashion and sustainability and a long-lasting tradition and experience in textile education and training.
